Refund Policies
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we are unable to offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received. It must also be in the original packaging.

Various types of products are exempt from returns. Perished products, such as food, flowers, periodicals or magazines, cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary, dangerous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional elements that cannot be returned:
* Gift cards
Downloadable software products
* Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations in which partial refunds are only granted: (if applicable)
* Book with obvious signs of use
* CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape or vinyl record that has been opened.
* Any item that is not in its original state is damaged or missing parts for reasons that do not result in our error.
* Any item will be returned more than 30 days after delivery.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you decide, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card using the original payment method, within a certain number of days.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you still haven't received a refund, first review your bank account again.
Luego, communicate with your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially reflected.
Then, contact your bank. However, some processing time is required before a refund can be processed.

Items on offer (if applicable)
You can only refund normal priced items. Unfortunately, we cannot refund the items on offer.

Changes (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to change the same article, send an email to harmonyldmys@hotmail.com and send your article to: Valencia, Valencia, V, 46190, Spain.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and if we sent it directly to usted, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once we receive the return item, we will send you a gift certificate by mail.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the person who received the gift decided to send the order to Portugal to give it to usted, we will send a refund to the person who received the gift and will be subject to its return.
Shipping
To return your product, you must send it by post to: Valencia, Valencia, V, 46190, Spain.

Shipping costs to return your item are incurred at your own expense. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive the exchange of your product may vary.

If you ship an item over $75, we recommend using a follow-up shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the return of your item.
